This article describes the roles in the "Best Practices" application based on Bitrix 24 from Novus-HCM.
The following roles can be attached in the app:
User that can add practices as an author, and coordinate and approve practices if chosen as Coordinator and/or Approver by the author of the practice;
Portal administrator having access to the app settings, appointing the App Moderator, and editing and deleting any practices.
App Moderator is appointed by the portal administrator, and can delete, edit and archive any practices
Coordinator is a user appointed by the author of the practice to coordinate a practice. Several Coordinators can be appointed. Coordination is completed when a practice is coordinated by each of the users taking part in the coordination process
Approver is a user appointed by the author of the practice that carries out the approval of the practice, and adds tasks to a practice.
