This article describes the system of ratings and points in the application "Frequently Asked Questions" based on Bitrix24 from Novus-HCM.
Points are awarded to users for actions. The cost can be customized.
The number of loaded lines - when loading the application, the screen displays the last few questions. At the bottom of the list is the "Show more" button, which loads a few more questions, the number of which is determined by this parameter.
Rating - depending on the activity of the user and the number of points scored by him, he is assigned a "level”, which is displayed under the avatar. The level scale can be changed in the settings.
To edit the level scale, click the "Edit" button (pencil icon) opposite the required level.
To delete the level scale, click the "Delete" button (minus icon) opposite the required level.
To save the changes, click the "Save" button.
The "Refresh" button will reset the scale to "factory settings".
