This article describes the coordination and approval of lessons in the "Lessons Learned" application based on Bitrix 24 from Novus-HCM.
Coordination
By opening a lesson card, a coordinator gets access to the following buttons:
“Coordinate” function is available to a coordinator only. The lesson is coordinated by a chosen employee. When clicked, an input field is displayed that is similar to pressing “Send back for revision” button.
When clicking “Send back for revision”, the following window is displayed:
The lesson status is changed into “On approval” on the Top menu:
When coordinated by each of the coordinators, the lesson is sent to the approval stage. This function is available when coordinated by each of the coordinators only. Coordination process is concurrent or sequential depending on a mode selected when adding a lesson.
Approval
”Approve” button is available to an approver on the menu:
Approval process is carried out similar to that of coordination.
When clicking “Send back for coordination”, the lesson is sent to the coordinators; when clicking “Send back for revision”, the lesson is sent to the author of the lesson. When clicking “Cancel”, the lesson is cancelled, and is not available for actions; the lesson is then sent to the author.
