This article describes the versions of applications, tariffs and options for purchasing them.
1.App versions
There are two versions of any of our applications:
Boxed version;
Local version (cloud, server).
The boxed version, we also call it the “global” version, is an application that is downloaded from the Bitrix24 marketplace.
This type of application cannot be modified to suit your specific needs. You can send us a request for a change, and if we consider that changing the current functionality or adding new functionality will be useful to all users, then we will implement it at our expense.
The local version is installed directly into your Bitrix24 portal, bypassing the Bitrix24 marketplace. Any Bitrix24 portal has such an opportunity.
In this case, the following options are possible:
Server version - when the code and all application data are located on your servers;
Cloud version - when we make a copy of the latest boxed version and host it on our servers. That is, you will have your own copy of the application, but in the cloud.
The local version can be modified for any specific requests.
2. Application rates
2.1. Boxed version
2.1.1. Russia
In Russia, all our applications are distributed within the subscription model on Bitrix24.Market Plus. That is, you need to purchase a subscription to Bitrix24.Market Plus and then you can use any of our applications for free and without any restrictions.
How can we test our applications:
If you have not purchased a subscription to Bitrix24.Market Plus, then you can turn on a free 15-day trial period to see the capabilities of our applications.
If the trial period has already been used on your portal, then you can create a new Bitrix 24 demo portal, activate a demo subscription to Bitrix24.Market Plus on it. In this case, you will have legal relations with 1C-Bitrix, but we provide all support for our applications.
2.1.2. All countries of the world except Russia
This policy applies to any of our applications, in any country in the world.
At the first installation on the portal - 6 months free of charge, without restrictions.
After the completion of 6 months, the subscription price is as follows:
Up to 10 entities, 1 month - 20 USD
Up to 10 entities, 3 months - 52 USD
Up to 10 entities, 6 months - 79 USD
Unlimited, 1 month – 23 USD
Unlimited, 3 months - 60 USD
Unlimited, 6 months - 103 USD
Unlimited, 1 year - 199 USD
The essence for different applications is different - it can be lessons, tests, ideas, practices, etc.
2.2. Local version
The cost of the local version includes:
Direct delivery of licenses;
Technical support.
In this case, a license agreement is concluded with our legal entity.

3. How to purchase
3.1. Boxed version
Russia - purchase a subscription to Bitrix24.Market Plus and use any of our applications for free and without restrictions.
All countries of the world except Russia
You can purchase a subscription to any of our applications:
from your company;
from an individual.
Acquisition from the company:
A) Find the "My plan" or "Rates" section in the application. This section is available only to the administrator of your Bitrix 24 portal or application moderators.
B) Select a plan and click on the price button. An order form will appear.
C) Fill in the required fields in the order form. After filling, an invoice will be automatically generated. The invoice will contain all the necessary details for making a payment by your bank on behalf of your company.
D) Pay the invoice.
E) After the money is credited to our account, we will activate the tariff you have chosen.
If you do not want to wait for the money to reach our account, you can send us a confirmation from your bank, and we will immediately activate the selected tariff.
Acquisition from an individual:
A) Find the "My plan" or "Rates" section in the application. This section is available only to the administrator of your Bitrix 24 portal or application moderators.
B) Select a plan and click on the price button. An order form will appear.
C) Fill in the required fields in the order form and click "Submit". We will receive the order by mail.
D) We will generate an invoice for payment in the Payoneer payment system. You will receive a link to pay by mail, which you indicated in the Order form.
E) Pay by clicking on the link. You may be required to pay an additional fee when paying through Payoneer.
F) After the money is credited to our account, we will activate the tariff you have chosen.
If you do not want to wait for the receipt of money to our account, you can send us a confirmation and we will immediately activate the selected tariff.
If for some reason you cannot pay through the Payoneer system, write to us at Info@novus-hcm.com and we will try to find another payment method.
3.2.Local version
To purchase a local version, write us a request at Info@novus-hcm.com
