This article describes the notification system in the "Best Practices" application based on Bitrix 24 from Novus-HCM.
For all actions with the practice, the author of the practice receives notifications on the Bitrix 24 portal.
If an employee is designated as a reviewer or approver, they also receive notifications. Approvers and Approvers are automatically assigned a Task in Bitrix 24.
When setting tasks, when a task executor is selected, he receives a notification.
Appointments and removals from application moderators are also notified.
The main notifications are also duplicated in the Live feed.
