This article describes the statuses of lessons in the "Lessons Learned" application based on Bitrix 24 from Novus-HCM.
The following lesson statuses are implemented in the app:
“Draft” is created by clicking “Save” button. It is displayed only to an employee who added the draft;
“On coordination” status is given by clicking “Add for coordination” button. It is displayed only to an employee who created the lesson, as well as to employees included on the list of coordinators and approvers;
“On approval” status means that the lesson is coordinated by each of the coordinators, and is currently on approval;
“Approved” status is given upon the approval of the lesson. It is displayed to all employees;
“Tasks set” means that the lesson is linked to the tasks;
“Archive” means that the lesson is archived by the author or moderator;
“Declined” means that the lesson has been declined by an approver.
When “On coordination” filter is selected on the Top Menu, all lessons on coordination are displayed. The lesson shows the employees assigned with the coordination of lessons:
If any of the employees coordinates a lesson, the lesson is marked with a check mark:
After the lesson is coordinated by each of the employees, the lesson is not displayed upon the selection of the said filter.
