Adding practice
Practice template was developed based on the experience of implementing similar projects in dozens, hundreds of companies around the world.
The form of submitting practice is intuitive, simple and convenient.
Practice contains purpose of the best practice, requirements for implementation, description, etc.
Scoring model
App has a built-in scoring model that allows you to evaluate quickly submitted rationalization proposal. Following evaluation criteria are preset:
Suitability - assessment of feasibility of implementing an idea;
Feasibility - assessment of possibility of implementing an idea;
Profitability - assesment of financial results from implementing an idea(estimated).
At the same time, you can edit the criteria, add your own or delete them altogether.
Approval routes, categories, accesses
App has built-in mechanisms for coordinating practices. You can run serial or parallel cordination.
At the same time it is possible to create preset routes for certain categories of practices and adjust them.
You can also restrict access to certain types of practices.
Commenting and rating
Practices can be commented and evaluated with likes.
Bank of Best Practices in Bitrix 24
In created practices bank you can search, filter practices, including by favorite or archived practices, view statuses, etc.
Distribution of best practices
The most important thing is of course replication, dissemination of best practices through tasks. What is the point of collecting practices if they are not replicated. Our app is integrated with Bitrix 24 Tasks and allows you to set tasks directly from practice, monitor their implementation.
